SanGao durable outdoor boundary vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as "boundary circuit breaker") is suitable for outdoor high-voltage switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 33kV and below. The circuit breaker body is equipped with vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, current transformer, zero sequence current transformer, etc. The circuit breaker has remote management mode, protection control function, and communication function. The outdoor boundary vacuum circuit breaker interrupts the arc in vacuum mode and uses SF6 gas insulation. The box adopts advanced imported gas seal, explosion-proof and insulation structure technology, with excellent overall sealing performance. The sealing performance of import and export conduits has also been improved, and the overall sealing performance is good. The SF6 gas filled inside must not leak or be affected by the external environment. The spring operating mechanism has been miniaturized and its performance has been optimized. Adopting main chain transmission and multi-stage trip system, with low resistance and low temperature rise. Its reliability and stability are superior to traditional spring mechanisms.
This product is installed at the responsibility boundary of overhead distribution lines. The front end of the user's incoming line will automatically eliminate single-phase grounding faults and phase to phase short circuit faults within the user's system, avoiding the spread of faults in the user's world to the main transmission line, ensuring the electrical safety of non faulty users, and improving electrical reliability. If the fault is permanent and the substation reclosing fails, the accident at the medium voltage user's site will result in the entire distribution main line being cut off. This common transmission accident in the power grid will cause significant losses to society.
