Use double clamping screws to install the grounding wire and neutral wire strip, ensuring that the cable clamping tape is of the same length and the connection is reliable. The terminal aperture is 5-6mm.

It is safer to install the switch on a metal structure with an insulating cap that covers the mounting screws of the base to prevent it from being exposed to live cables.

Each device is equipped with a threaded conduit plug and a threaded reducer, which can be easily connected to 25mm or 20mm conduits and threaded caps. Nuts must be installed to ensure IP protection level.

The impact resistant base and cover can withstand almost any of the most intense impacts during installation. The two parts are sealed with integrated weatherproof gaskets.

For safety reasons, there is a 7mm diameter hole on the base used to lock the operating lever in the "closed" position. The deep molding protective layer can protect the operating rod from physical damage or accidental switching.

All products comply with the IEC60947-3 standard.

Environmental conditions:

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m or below.

2. The upper limit of ambient temperature in general areas is+40 ℃, and the lower limit is -30 ℃.

3. The wind pressure shall not exceed 8 degrees.

4. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.

5. The ice thickness shall not exceed 1mm.

6. The installation site should not experience frequent and severe vibrations.

7. Ordinary installation sites should be free of explosive and corrosive substances such as gases, vapors, chemical deposits, salt spray, dust, etc. that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity fatigue of isolation switches.

8. Anti pollution type is suitable for heavily polluted areas, but should not be used for substances that can cause excessive fires, explosions, etc.
