Indoor Electric Earthing Switch

The SanGao durable Indoor Electric Earthing Switch is an assembled product that meets the requirements of GB1985-2004 "High Voltage AC Isolating Switches and Grounding Switches" and IEC62271-102:2002 standards in terms of performance. This product is suitable for 24kV, three-phase AC, 50 (60) Hz power systems; Capable of short-circuit closure, protecting electrical equipment from damage, suitable for grounding protection during maintenance of high-voltage switchgear.

The grounding switch of SanGao Indoor Electric Earthing Switch with fault closing capability can reliably close short-circuit currents, thereby protecting operators and switchgear in case of misoperation.

There are two types of grounding switches:

-Independent grounding switch

-Grounding switch with combined current transformer.

The combination current transformer forms the installation base for the grounding switch contacts, thereby reducing the space requirements inside the cabinet.

Each grounding switch is equipped with a spring operated device, which ensures that the closing ability is independent of the operating speed.

Except for a few models equipped with combined current transformers, the control side and current direction of the grounding switch can usually be selected without restrictions.
